Envision is a two-year program connected to the Lasallian Scholars Institute that helps students discover their strengths, explore career pathways, and begin shaping a high school experience that supports their future goals. Through challenging, non-traditional classroom exercises and projects, students learn to think differently, apply themselves in real-world settings, and better understand what they are capable of becoming.

Envision is designed to help students build awareness of their interests, talents, and possible career paths. Students are guided to think intentionally about their academic choices, extracurricular involvement, and future opportunities so they can begin creating a path that reflects their passions and goals
Learn Through Real-World Experiences
Envision gives students opportunities to explore career pathways, engage in business settings, and interact with local professionals and business leaders. These experiences help students connect classroom learning to the real world while gaining confidence, direction, and a broader understanding of future college and career possibilities.
Academic Challenge and Growth
Envision students are expected to challenge themselves academically. Freshmen must maintain enrollment in at least ACP courses, and students interested in moving into the Lasallian Scholars Institute are expected to pursue honors-level coursework. Sophomores may apply to move into LSI for junior year if they are completing Honors and AP courses.

The Envision Career Pathway Model helps students explore what is possible before they have everything figured out. By combining academic planning, career exploration, real-world exposure, and guided support, Envision helps young men develop confidence, discover direction, and prepare for future educational and career opportunities.
