Learning Beyond the Classroom
At La Salle, business education is active, hands-on, and connected to the real world. Through the Lasallian Scholars Institute, students work with companies, alumni, and industry leaders to explore how business concepts are used in professional settings. Students have opportunities to solve real business problems, pitch marketing and business strategies, conduct product analysis, build prototypes, attend leadership and ethics seminars, visit college campuses, and develop a professional network before graduation.
Real Companies. Real Challenges. Real Confidence.
La Salle students have engaged with organizations such as LaRosa’s, Johnson Investment Counsel, Tier1 Performance, GE Aerospace, Gorilla Glue, UC Medical Center, Procter & Gamble, and Maverick Chocolate. These experiences help students connect classroom learning to business strategy, entrepreneurship, marketing, engineering, healthcare, technology, and supply chain management. Recent student experiences have included conducting SWOT analyses for LaRosa’s executives, presenting marketing strategies to Tier1 Performance Solutions, exploring entrepreneurship and supply chain management at Maverick Chocolate, and learning from professionals across multiple career fields.
Built for Tomorrow
The Business Department reflects La Salle’s commitment to preparing young men for a purposeful future. Students leave with more than academic knowledge. They gain confidence, professional awareness, leadership skills, and a clearer understanding of how their talents can shape what comes next. At La Salle, business education helps students stand out, stand together, and become Lancers prepared to lead with integrity.
