Lasallian Education: Transforming Lives Since 1680

La Salle is an all-male Catholic high school that primarily serves the western and northern suburbs of Cincinnati, Ohio. Founded in 1960 by the Christian Brothers, La Salle had its first graduating class in 1964. Students at La Salle are taught a comprehensive, college-preparatory curriculum rooted in the Lasallian educational philosophy. La Salle has an average class size of 20 and a four-year one-to-one mentoring program for all students. Students also benefit from individualized class placement based on level of ability.

Future Lancers- an affordable Catholic education

For the student who wants to excel in and beyond the classroom, La Salle High School provides a unique, Christian brotherhood that fosters personal discovery through intentional, experiential, service-based learning connections to develop authentic men.

Campus Ministry, Christian Service, Young Lasallians, Pastoral Ministry, Retreats, Service Immersion Trips

Every La Salle student attends a spiritual retreat each of his four years with us. From Freshman Day of Renewal to Kairos and Wilderness Retreats, our young men grow closer to God in spirit and practice through these opportunities. Every graduate is required to complete at least 60 hours of Christian service, but you’ll find that our young men are called to serve and most achieve more than double that amount by the time they graduate.

La Salle Brotherhood

I chose La Salle based on the legacy that my family has here and the brotherhood that La Salle has. Being part of a legacy family at La Salle is something special to me. Being able to walk the same halls that my grandpa and dad did makes me want to be the best version of myself to continue the legacy. I also get to walk the halls with my younger brother, which is truly special to me. I am proud to be part of the Lasallian tradition.

A Parent's Perspective

A Parent's Perspective

When searching for high schools and preparing your child for the next phase of their lives, you are filled with uncertainty. You pray that you make the right choices and that they have the best experiences. When my son decided to attend La Salle, I told him that it was not just him making a commitment to a school but it became a family commitment. We, as a family, were dedicated to making sure he was successful, that we supported him not only with his extracurricular activities but with his academic and spiritual growth experiences. I am proud of the young man he is becoming and I know he is being prepared to go out into the world and do and achieve great things.
