Students in grades 9-12 and their female guests are invited to "Jump For a Cause", a glow party with electronic dance music. One of our seniors, Nick Munro is headlining with his own set list he produced. Polaroid Photo Booth and glow art will be set up. Saturday May, 12 from 7-9:00 pm. All profits will go to offsetting the cost of art supplies for the art department. Tickets are available for purchase here. Please email Mr. Grace at [email protected] with any questions.

Only ONE GUEST is permitted for each La Salle student who attends the dance. Acknowledgement of this information is required before May 5.

*Guest must be under the age of 21.

*Guest must follow the La Salle High School student code of conduct while attending the event.

*Guest must agree to the following:

• She will submit to drug/alcohol screening, including the use of a portable breathalyzer, upon the request of school authorities.
• She will NOT sell, purchase, possess or show evidence of having consumed intoxicants.
• She will comply with all school rules, regulations and reasonable requests from school authorities.
• The event is open only to La Salle High School students and one invited guest with approved guest form acknowledgement.
• No inappropriate contact or gestures permitted on school grounds or at school functions.

All rules and regulations also apply to the bus, parking lot areas and automobiles. Testing positive for the use of intoxicants and/or failing to comply with all rules and regulations will result in removal from the event, suspension and/or expulsion from school and/or legal action.

If this form is not reviewed and agreed upon, the La Salle High School student’s guest will not be permitted to attend.
