Spirit Shop

The Spirit Shop will be open today and Friday 11AM -4PM and will also be open this evening 6:30PM - 8:30PM. Special Discount coupons are available on the Spirit Shop Door and may be used this week only.

Track

Track throwers: If it is not raining, practice will be right after school in the throwing area. If it is raining, practice will be from 6-7PM in the De La Salle Center.

Essay Contest

Attention Students! Now is your chance to honor your favorite teacher with an award from Panera Bread! All you need to do is write a 100 to 200 word essay about why your teacher is the best and how they 'rise above' all the rest. If your essay is selected, your teacher will be awarded with prizes like a $500 grant for their classroom....plus, you could win a $100 Borders Books gift card. The contest runs until March 31. Visit Panera Bread to pick up a registration form and get started.

Latin Club

For anyone who could not attend the Latin Club meeting, there will be a pizza and movie party next Thursday the 18th in Mr. Jacob's room. See Mr. Jacob if you would like to come. Everyone is welcome.

Honors Dress Down

Students who earned first honors for second quarter may dress down every day next week. Second quarter second honors students may dress down on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday next week. Students may wear jeans, sweat pants, or wind pants. All other pants, including pajama pants, are not acceptable. Hooded sweatshirts are not acceptable – with the exception that La Salle hooded sweatshirts may be worn on Friday. Students may wear short or long-sleeved T-shirts that have appropriate messages or polo shirts of any color. All other dress code rules are in effect, including the wearing of earrings, necklaces, etc. If you have any questions, see Mr. Bensman.
